Desert
Metal Works is at it's best when it has established a
partnership with our customers. The partnership is complete when two
goals are achieved. First, Desert Metal Works must get a broad
knowledge of the customer, their people, product, and expectations.
Everyone in our company must share in this understanding of the
customer. Secondly we attempt to introduce as many of our employees
as possible to the customer. This strengthens the partnership by
developing numerous personal relationships. A complete friendly
partnership between Desert Metal Works and a customer exists when
the customer sees our employees and facility as an extension of
their organization.
