Vice President of Samsonite whom was in charge of quality
survey of all their vendors gave us a personal phone call. We
had shipped over 750,00 parts to Samsonite over a two and one
half year period. 100% of the parts had passed inspection and
100% of the parts had been shipped on time. We had out
performed every vendor that Samsonite had during that period
and he wanted to know what our secret was.
Desert
